The Old Storeroom

“Il Vecchio Magazzino” (the old storeroom) is an open-space flat that allows appreciating the original structure of the old building. The materials used in the restoration, terracotta tiles, wooden floors, wrought iron, and the old wood ceiling beams make this apartment particularly appealing. The original small windows overlook an alley leading to the terraced garden through a medieval tower.
On the ground floor, a living area arranged around a cast iron heater, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs there is another bedroom and a mezzanine with a sofa bed. This accommodation is for a maximum of five guests.
“Il Cielo” is in the highest part of the house with a large bedroom and 2 beds and a bathroom and it can be connected with either “Il Vecchio Magazzino” or “La Piccola Torre” according to needs.

Services

The Old Storeroom is suited to welcome your pets; the Wi-Fi is accessible in the common areas near the house. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer. Natural detergents are available in the bathroom equipped with a shower and in the kitchen. Linen is included and changed weekly. The washing machine, barbecue, the sparkling and natural water dispenser are to be shared with the other guests.

Two beach umbrellas and sun beds are available for the guests on the beach in Pedaso. We can, upon request, give a list of organic farms, artisan activities and outlets that characterise our territory. At an extra cost we can also provide a baby sitter and room cleaning service. It is also possible to rent bicycles and participate in guided excursions on foot or riding a mountain bike.
